James Zhu founded ICA in 2002 with a vision to deliver personalised, industry-connected education to international students in Auckland. Over more than two decades he has grown the college from a single classroom into a multi-programme institution spanning Engineering, IT, AI and English, while keeping class sizes small and pastoral care central to the ICA experience.
