Our Civil Engineering students at the International College of Auckland (ICA) had the valuable opportunity to attend an Industry Project Management lecture delivered by a PMI-approved instructor. The session provided practical insights into real-world project management practices used across the construction and engineering industries. Students explored key concepts including project planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and industry best practices aligned with global standards. At ICA, we believe that combining academic knowledge with industry expertise prepares our graduates to confidently meet the demands of today’s engineering profession.
