Wayne Mu is an experienced engineering and operations leader with over 15 years in critical infrastructure systems. At United Portfolio, he drives consultancy growth in energy systems, specialising in uninterruptible power supply (UPS), advanced battery storage, solar integration, and facility lightning protection. His expertise has supported resilient infrastructure delivery across health, justice, commercial, and datacentre sectors, ensuring compliance, operational continuity, and sustainability.
With an MBA in Operations and Management and a BE (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics, Wayne combines strategic project planning with deep technical knowledge. He has led multi-site engineering operations, implemented ISO 9001 systems, and spearheaded organisational transformation initiatives. Recognised for his leadership in critical power, solar energy, and infrastructure resilience, Wayne is a trusted partner in delivering robust, future-ready solutions.
