Zayd Ashraf Shareef
Zayd A. Shareef is PhD candidate in the department of Computer Networks at UPM. He obtained his Master of Computer Science in 2014 and his Bachelor Degree in 2010. He has more than 5 years’ experience as an IT Lecturer and Support Specialist. He has acquired valuable experience in lecturing industry-driven certificates such as CCNA and MCSA. In addition to teaching other IT related subjects such as computer science, ICT, programming and full stack web development courses. His main research areas includes computer networks, QoS, Cloud computing, modelling simulations, scheduling and resource allocation. He has also published network related papers in IEEE digital library and other journals. His areas of technical expertise includes Windows Server 2012 administration, networking architecture (Routers/Switches/Firewalls), networking protocols (WLAN, LAN, WAN, VPN, SSL, DNS, and DHCP), network security, and other various IT operation management in both Software and Hardware.
